Website content is general information about Novatutorium services. Tutoring does not create or guarantee a particular grade, test score, admission result or academic outcome.

Booking requests and availability

Selecting a date and time submits a booking request; it does not guarantee that the slot is available. Novatutorium will normally respond within 24 hours to confirm the session or suggest an alternative. A tutoring arrangement begins only when the session is confirmed in writing.

Online sessions

Current tutoring services are delivered online. Students are responsible for a suitable device, reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment where reasonably possible.

Payment

Paid-session payment is collected before the booking request is completed. Prices and durations shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment platform subject to its own security and privacy terms.

Rescheduling and alternative times

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary. If a scheduling change occurs, we may offer one or more alternative session times. We will communicate material changes using the contact information submitted with the booking.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued when appropriate, including where Novatutorium cannot provide the purchased session at the requested time and no reasonable alternative is accepted. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method and may take additional processing time.

Student responsibility

Tutoring supports learning but does not replace attendance, independent study or compliance with school and testing rules. Students remain responsible for their submitted work and academic integrity.

Intellectual property

The Novatutorium name, branding, website copy, graphics and original learning materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content or use the booking form for spam or automated solicitation.
